Collections are free and available from Holm Cafe, the following Monday for any order paced before 12pm Sunday. Holm is located in Lancaster: 22 Kings Street, LA1 1JY. 

UK P&P rates:

£6: Tracked and insured postage. Expect 5 working days from order. 

International delivery rates (this price is for tracked delivery):

Starts from £15 dependent on location. Please note that due to current restrictions, international delivery may take longer than normal. International customers will also be responsible for any customs charges.

All items are sold as advertised - many of them have small imperfections, as should be expected when buying handmade goods. These all add to their charm. The colour may vary slightly in different lights, and measurements are approximate.

If you immediately change your mind, get in contact as soon as is possible (24 hours) - I'm happy to refund you after subtracting the card processing fees if I haven't yet begun working on your item. 

If you find your piece:

• Is faulty or damaged, and this wasn't described on the shop page or
• Has been lost, stolen or damaged in transport,
