UK Standard: £6 (free for orders over £45): Tracked and insured postage. Expect 5-10 working days from order. 

UK Express £10: Tracked and insured postage, expect 3-5 working days from order. 

International delivery: Rates begin from £20 dependent on location. This includes a one off donation to climeworks, as a form of carbon offsetting. International customers will also be responsible for any customs charges.

All items are sold as advertised - many of them have small individualities, as should be expected when buying handmade goods. These all add to their charm. The colour may vary slightly in different lights, measurements are approximate -that sort of thing.

If you change your mind, get in contact as soon as is possible (24 hours) - I'm happy to refund you after subtracting the card processing fees if I haven't yet begun working on your item. 

If you find your piece:

• Is faulty or damaged, and this wasn't described on the shop page,
• Has been lost, stolen or damaged in transport,
• Or is no longer wanted

Then please email me at hello@raeceramics.co.uk with details and any appropriate photos so I can assess, investigate and refund you. You may be required to post the item back to me (at your own cost) before a refund can occur.
